Sometimes things come together in unexpected ways. An opportunity arises that you just have to take. So when a friend said there was a vacancy coming up in the Cromwell Heritage Precinct, things moved fast.

We worked hard to make this work because Rachel and her artwork belong here. As do her artist friends and family. As do you!

As you enter the gallery Rachel's paintings dominate the left hand side while on the right is the Emporium. Here a variety of artists' work shares space with a curious and quirky world as a result of decades of collecting.

Continue through the doorway and turn left into The Victorian Reading Room. This space is dedicated to small exhibitions as well as holding our collection of interesting books.

Turn to the right and there is more artwork before you come to our workshop space. Here we run a variety of art classes with local and more remote tutors.

Things are a little different here...and that's just how we like it!
